Refund policy

We do not offer outright refunds for products purchased from SIMI AIR SCENT but we

have an exchange policy for products that fulfill the exchange requirements.

Eligibility for Exchanges:

- Requests must be made within 3 days of purchase

- Items must be unused, in the original packaging, and include a receipt/proof of

purchase.

- Gift/Discount card items are non-exchangeable.

- Exchanges are only available for items that are defective or damaged.

- Contact us at smellluxury@simiairscent.com with proof of the defect to initiate an

exchange.

Exchange Process:

- Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we’ll notify you of approval or rejection.

- Approved exchanges will be processed with products of the same value and

communication for shipping will be made.

Shipping Details:

- United States (2- 14 days)

- UK (2 - 14 days)

- Worldwide (3 - 21 days)

- Lagos (1- 3 days)

- Other States in Nigeria (3 -5 days)

- Shipping costs are the customer's responsibility and are non-refundable.

- Exchanges incur return shipping costs.

- Use tracked shipping for exchanges, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned

item.
